Using Timzi

Timzi is provided by Dev Innovations Labs as a workforce-management service through its website and mobile application. These terms apply to use of the service. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Dev Innovations Labs, that agreement governs where it expressly provides different terms.

Accounts and authority

Provide accurate account and organization information. Create or administer a workspace only if you have authority to act for that organization. Keep credentials private and notify support of suspected unauthorized access.

Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions, reviewing access when people change roles or leave, and ensuring users are authorized to access the records made available to them.

Your records and responsibilities

You and your organization remain responsible for the information you submit, including its accuracy, lawful collection and permitted use. Only upload files and personal information you are authorized to share. Timzi processes this information to provide the service as described in the privacy policy.

Timzi provides tools for managing workplace records. Your organization remains responsible for employment decisions, payroll accuracy, statutory filings and compliance with its legal obligations. Review reports and AI-generated responses before relying on them for important decisions.

Plans, payments and renewal

Plan prices, billing periods, employee allowances and available features are shown in the service or in an agreed quotation. Review the recurring amount and payment authorization before completing checkout. Razorpay processes supported subscription payments.

Where enabled, changing a plan may require a new payment mandate. Same-period upgrades may charge a prorated difference. Downgrades and billing-frequency changes may take effect at renewal. The confirmation screen states the amount, effective timing and cancellation consequences; a requested change does not grant paid access before verification.

Stopping renewal normally retains verified paid access through its paid-through date. A replacement checkout may stop the old renewal before authorization of the new mandate; abandoning it does not automatically restore the old renewal. Employee add-ons may require separate handling.

Plan changes and cancellation do not automatically issue a cash refund. Contact support about an incorrect or disputed charge, including the payment reference and relevant details. Refund requests require review, subject to any rights that apply by law or under a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use Timzi to access another organization’s records without permission, share stolen credentials, upload malicious or unlawful content, evade access restrictions, disrupt the service or conduct unauthorized security testing. Do not misrepresent your identity or authority.

Availability and changes

Features may depend on your plan, role, organization settings and third-party services. Maintenance, network failures and provider outages can interrupt access. No uninterrupted-availability commitment is made on this page; any separately agreed service commitment remains applicable.

Keep copies of business-critical records where your organization requires them. Features and these terms may be updated; this page will show the date of the latest revision.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the account-deletion page. Account deletion, workspace closure and subscription cancellation are separate actions that may require identity or organizational-authority checks.

Access may be restricted when necessary to address unauthorized use, a security issue or an unresolved account problem. Records may remain subject to employment, billing, security or legal retention requirements described in the privacy policy.
